Neighbor Morgan Penix put together some renderings that would give folks an idea of what 15% , 20% and 25% coverages would look like.
Neighbor David Matiella sent this version with 36% coverage if the entire perimeter were used as shown here.
This is not a final design submission by any means. Just something that will help those who are more visual learners.

This is definitely true David! These are only simple shapes that represent percentages of coverage.

ReplyDeleteI asked Dave (thank you!) to include a sketchup diagram showing how much space is available around the perimeter of the park in the "setback" area. Like the diagrams you submitted, this diagram is only intended to represent a % of land and not a gesture at a design geometry. Thanks.
